I was born in San Diego, CA and graduated from the U of A, Fayetteville, with a degree in Journalism and Advertising.

I began my professional timeshare sales career at The Ridge Tahoe in 1990 and was fortunate to train under very talented leadership who gave me a solid foundation.

After Tahoe, I spent 12 years in Maui setting and resetting sales records and was fortunate to build some top performing sales and marketing teams. This was important because becoming the top-producing salesperson on my team would not only ease me into key leadership positions, but would also earn me credibility and trust for my teams to follow me.

I desired success as a leader just as much as helping my teams earn incredible new incomes.

My family and I moved to San Diego in 2002. Initially, I joined Welk Resorts as a Director of Sales (In-House/1st Gen) and was promoted to many key leadership roles with the highest being SVP of Sales. I’m honored to be one of the key leaders responsible for increasing Welk Resorts sales production from $9M annually to more than $130M annually by 2016.

For one-third of my career I’ve worked on the sales tables as a front-to-back top-volume producing sales executive.

For two-thirds of my career I’ve worked in leadership roles dissecting, re-designing and repairing broken timeshare salespeople and operations.

Most recently, after 17-years of straight leadership, I stepped down from a senior executive role and an officer within Welk Resorts to join my San Diego in-house sales team and spend more time with my family.

While plenty of people told me I was nuts to give up an incredible leadership role, I immediately became the top volume-producing salesperson for all of Welk Resorts in 2017. And backed it up by also producing the highest volume in 2018.

I was recognized and nominated by ARDA as a Top-5 in-house sales executive in the industry for 2018.

As of 2019, I have produced more than a billion dollars in resort sales revenue and have been awarded 3 ARDA Nominations and the “Gold ARDY” for Sales Trainer of the Year.

I have a very good understanding of what it takes to become a highly paid, top-producing sales champion. Born salespeople are a myth. Consistency and predictability will only come from organization and preparation. I’ll get you there.
